中文摘要 钙钛矿中空纤维透氧膜由于大面积/体积比、高透氧量及易组装成系统等优点越来越受到工业界及学术界的青睐,发展面向工业过程的无机中空纤维膜制备技术是人们共同关心的课题。本项目采用"一步"纺丝技术制备出致密的钙钛矿中空纤维透氧膜。重点探索了纺织过程中的成膜机理;探讨了氧在钙钛矿中空纤维透氧膜中渗透机理;深入研究了钙钛矿中空纤维膜在涉氧反应方面的应用。发表或接受发表SCI论文14篇,其中在Angwante Chemie Int. Ed.上3篇,AIChE Journal上4篇,申请专利3项,研究工作受到国际关注和重视,先后被国际顶级学术期刊Nature、英国皇家学会的Chemistry World,Chemistry World Blog等作为研究亮点报道。本项目不仅研制了一种简单、高效、廉价的无机中空纤维膜制备技术,并制备出了高面积/体积比、高透氧量、高机械强度的致密钙钛矿中空纤维透氧膜,为透氧膜的工业化奠定了基础,而且还对一系列膜催化过程的有一个科学认知,提供了催化反应与膜分离耦合的过程中材料间相互作用以及两种过程间相互作用的新的基础知识,为今后新的膜催化氧化过程的研究和开拓提供科学基础。
英文摘要 Perovskite O2-permeable hollow fiber membranes have attracted increasing interest due to their many advantages such as high membrane surface area to volume ratio,high oxygen permeation flux and easy systematization. Preparation technology of inorganic hollow fiber membranes is very important to the industry application. In this project, dense hollow fiber membrane was sucessfully prepared by a "one step spinning" technolgoy was proposed to prepare dense hollow fiber membranes. The formation process of hollow fiber membrane and the mechanism of oxygen transport through the hollow fiber were investigated in detail. The applications of hollow fiber membranes in the O2-related reaction was investigated in deep.During the last 3 years, 14 SCI-cited papers were published or accepted. among them, 3 papers were published on Angwante Chemie Int. Ed. and 4 papers were published on AIChE J, 3 patents were applied. The research work has attracted great interests in the world. Our works were highlighted by Nature, Chemistry World and Chemistry World Blog. Through this project, we have developed a single、efficient and cheap technology for preparing dense hollow fiber membranes with high surfacearea/volume ratio、high oxygen permeation flux and high mechanic strength for industry applications. At the same time, we have also explored series catalysis processes in the membrane reactor and get some new basic information between catalysis reaction process and membrane separation process, which could be valuable for the future research in new reactions in membrane reactors.
