摘要

中文摘要 采用冷等离子体快速活化技术和冶金废液研制高活性低温硫酸催化剂。研究废液处理方法和冷等离子体工艺条件对催化剂成分、结构、活性、热稳定性、强度和抗毒性能的影响,从理论上分析组分之间的活性增强效应、等离子体活化机理和低温催化机理,建立宏观动力学模型,这对保护环境,推动催化理论和催化剂制备技术的进步,意义重大。
英文摘要 High-activity catalyst for sulphuric acid at low temperature has been prepared through plasma rapid activation and use of refined carbonized mother liquor containing alkali-metal salts. Based on investigation of effect of pretreatment method of carbonized mother liquor and cold plasma technologcial conditions on catalyst component, structure, activity, thermal stability, intensity and mithridatism, theoretically activity augment effect between components, rapid activating mechanism with plasma and low temperature catalysis mechanism have been analyzed. Furthermore, the intrinsic kinetic and macroscopic kinetic models have been set up. It has been firstly found that Li could increase low temperature catalytic activity, but Rb had no effect on catalytic activity. The application of plasma made the number of endothermic peaks and exothermic peaks of catalyst increased and moreover the peaks shifted forward obviously. The result on EPR showed that the quadrivalent vanadium compound exist in the form of VOSO4.The activity of catalyst prepared under optimal condition was as high as 54% under the condition of temperature 410℃ and space velocity 3600h-1. Its initial combustion temperature was 30~50℃ lower than common low temperature series catalysts, that was to say that its initial combustion temperature could be reduced to about 370℃.
