摘要

中文摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者最主要的并发症之一,早期预防与综合诊治是控制该疾病发展、提高治疗效果的关键。然而,由于疾病早期症状不明显,且缺少智能化决策工具的支持,我国糖尿病肾病的防治工作效率和质量均不理想。本项目拟对糖尿病肾病防治的全流程相关决策活动进行规范化建模和全维度知识抽取;采用本体表达疾病防治知识网络,整合生理、生化、解剖、病理、遗传、免疫等基础医学知识和疾病诊断、检验、治疗等临床医学知识,并打通基因、蛋白、个体及人群多尺度生物医学知识,以语义规则描述临床决策逻辑,构建标准化、可共享的临床决策知识库;基于知识库和语义网应用平台构建临床决策支持系统,通过与多源、异构电子病历和医学研究数据库的语义互操作实现糖尿病肾病防诊治精准决策支持,并构建智能化医患共享决策平台;为提高糖尿病肾病综合防诊治水平提供全面支持,也为其他病种临床决策知识库的构建及全程防诊治支持系统研发奠定理论和方法学基础。
英文摘要 Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most important complications of diabetes,and its early prevention and comprehensive interventions is the key to control the disease development and improve the effectiveness of the treatment. However, due to the implicit onset and the lack of tools to provide intelligent decision support, the efficiency and quality of current treatment modality is far from satisfactory. This project is aimed at the standardized behavior modeling and full-dimension knowledge extraction of all decision-making activities during diabetic nephropathy prevention and control; using ontology, realizing the horizontal integration of basic medical knowledge such as physiology, biochemistry, anatomy, pathology, genetic and immune, with clinical medical knowledge such as diagnosis, inspection and treatment, as well as longitudinal integration of biomedical knowledge through gene, protein, individual and population levels; semantic rules are used to describe clinical decision logic, which together with the knowledge base constitute the standardized, sharable knowledge base for clinical decision support; Based on knowledge base and the semantic web application platform, a clinical decision support system and patient-physician shared decision making platform are constructed to interact with multi-source and heterogeneous electronic medical record and medical research database via semantic interoperability, thus providing precise decision support for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy, and laying the theoretic and methodological foundation for knowledge base construction and decision support system development for other diseases.
