摘要

中文摘要 我国目前尚未制定人群必需氨基酸推荐摄入量,相关研究也很少。本课题组在前期工作中,已通过实验初步得到中国健康青年男性膳食赖氨酸的需要量,为进一步验证此结果是否满足该人群的实际生理需要,本项目拟通过动物实验和人体实验来进行深入探讨。本研究采用重水作为示踪剂,在一定膳食赖氨酸摄入水平下,通过标记身体水,进而标记体内游离丙氨酸,通过检测标记的丙氨酸参与肌肉蛋白和血液蛋白质的合成情况,计算蛋白质的代谢动力学方程和合成率,分析前一个课题所得的赖氨酸摄入量结果是否满足机体蛋白质的合成,并探讨赖氨酸摄入水平的高低对机体蛋白质代谢动力学的影响是否具有规律性,是否有对赖氨酸摄入量较敏感的检测指标。为不同人群(包括儿童、孕妇、乳母、病人等特殊人群)必需氨基酸推荐摄入量的制定探索切实可行的实验方法体系。
英文摘要 There is currently no reference for intakes of essential amino acids for Chinese people, and relative studies are few. In the previous studies of our team, we have preliminarily got the requirement of dietary lysine for Chinese healthy young men through experiments. To further verify if the requirement actually satisfies the population's physiological requirements, we intend to perform the present study including both animal experiments and human experiments to solve the problems. In the present study, at a certain dietary lysine intake level, heavy water is used as the indicator. Body water is labeled by heavy water, and then the free alanine in body is labeled. The pharmacokinetic equations and synthesis rates of muscles and blood protein are calculated from the percentage of labeled alanine in new proteins to determine if the lysine intake can meet the subjects' physiological requirements, and to explore the relation between lysine intakes and protein synthesis and to determine which indicators are sensitive. The study will contribute to establish a series of experimental study methods for the formulation of the Chinese reference intakes of the essential amino acids for different populations, not only for normal adults, but also for special populations such as children, pregnant women, lactating mothers and patients.
