摘要

中文摘要 战略性内创业和职能性人力资源管理能动性地相互嵌入与促进,始终左右着"中华老字号"的优秀和延绵,但效用机制有待清晰。近期研究发现,基于还原论的内创业-人力资源管理界面摩擦与动力分析,尽管有助于提升公司绩效,仍不能理想地解决其核心问题。该项目认为,界面力学行为是生成绩效、绩效卓越化与卓越绩效持续化的内核。遂结合突现进化论的优势,建立"界面张力-驱动力-约束力"框架,遵循"驱动效应-驱动机理-保障基模"的逻辑,以挖掘耦合人力资源管理的内创业驱动机制。采用扎根理论方法研究驱动效应,重点解决内创业-人力资源管理的耦合效应、界面张力的管理学再定义,及其变量刻画的关键科学问题;构建界面张力成长矩阵,并运用结构方程法检验驱动机理;运用系统动力学方法创设心智模式共享、绩效风险预警与排警和包容劳动关系3个管理基模。这些创新性成果将对延伸创业理论产生积极影响,为丰富特色绩效理论提供较坚实的支撑;为实施界面干预、更新传统行业中民族企业的成熟期提供较新的理念和分析路径。
英文摘要 It affects the "China Time-honored Brand" enterprises to be outstanding and existing all the time,coupling and promoting each other between strategic intrapreneurship and human resource management(HRM), but the utility mechanism need to be clear. Recent research suggested that the analysis of interfacial friction and drive between intrapreneurship and HRM-based on the principle of reductionism-identifies these tensions effectively, which provide useful information for companies wearing "China Time-honored Brand" to increase performance. Yet, the relevant analytic techniques to date are limited in scope, making it difficult for researchers to understand the mechanisms that enable a successful integration between strategic intrapreneurship and HRM for traditional Chinese industry. Accordingly, the project makes the hypothesis: the interfacial mechanics behavior is the core of performance created and affected. By the advantage of the principle of emergent evolutionism, we will build the frame of "interfacial tension___drive force___constraining force", obey the logic of "driving effect___driving mechanism___guarantee basic models", so as to research the intrepreneurship-driven mechanism coupling with HRM. The scientific problems of the redefinition of interfacial tension and its variables will be solved by the Grounded Theory Methodology, and its growth matrix will be set up, and the driving mechanism will be examined by the Structural Equation Method. On these bases, 3 sub-interface management basic models are established by the method of System Dynamics, which are the shared mental, performance early risk-warning and the inclusive labor relation. These innovative results will add newer insights to theories of entrepreneurship and Chinese characteristics performance, as well as analysis for traditional Chinese industry at the mature stage.
